[Seaweed] Farm to Table

Using seaweed in interior design and architecture

[Seaweed] Farm to Table is the continuation of Seaweed Thatch Re-imagined, which interprets the traditional use of vernacular Danish seaweed thatching into panels for the building industry. [Seaweed] Farm to Table looks at the application of farming eelgrass, kelp and other algae, along with mussels as materials for furniture and architectural design.
