From Stone to Glass

New coloration technique made from stones

From Stone to Glass project is a new innovative technique to colouring the glass. The objective is to propose an alternative to the “classical way” of coloration. Actually, the methods to color the glass are really toxic and not sustainable. The purpose is to create a technique to get a similar result as the classical way but using sustainable materials. This glass is sourced from stone located in Israel. From north to south, from east to west, the colors of the stones change, become more nuanced, and produce textures that give the glass a different appearance.
