Injection bonding process
The invention makes it possible to massively reduce the cost of the structural bonding process across all industries. It allows the substitution of welding as a joining process, eliminates human labour and counteracts the shortage of skilled workers. The process is so cost-effective even for small series that, for example, the production of bicycle and e-bike frames can be relocated from Asia to Europe even in small series production (nearshoring). Furthermore, the process supports repair and recycling processes and is protected in terms of material and technology.
