Rauhfaser (woodchip) is a paintable wallcovering with a textured surface. It is manufactured from three layers of paper into which texture forming wood fibres have been worked to produce fine, medium and coarse textures depending on the grain size. The idea of environmental protection significantly shapes sustainable production: the generation of waste and residual materials is reduced, polluting emissions and wastewater become avoided and energy consumption is reduced to a minimum. Renewable raw materials are processed, especially waste paper, pulp and wood chips from sustainable forestry. |
