Spa aus Naturmarmor
Mit Marmor assoziieren wir vielleicht Spas, aber nur als Baumaterial, nicht als Teil einer Behandlung. Dieses Projekt, das in Zusammenarbeit mit dem traditionellen italienischen Marmorhersteller Lasa Marmo durchgeführt wurde, erforscht das Potenzial für das Recycling und die Wiederaufbereitung von Marmorresten. Das Ergebnis ist eine Reihe von luxuriösen Spa-Produkten, die mit unserer Wahrnehmung von Abfall spielen und ein kritisches Bewusstsein für die Herausforderungen der Abfallwirtschaft im Zusammenhang mit dem Bauwesen schaffen. Das feine Marmorpulver in der Seife wirkt wie ein natürliches Peeling, während andere Steinreste als Massage- und Kühlmittel dienen.

Anna Deporta and Antonia Eichner are two young aspiring designers, currently enrolled in the Faculty of Design and Arts at the Free University of Bolzano in Italy. Moving between the practices of visual communication and industrial design, they are blurring borders between them and creating outputs with a holistic approach. Their work is driven by an interdisciplinary approach that explores relevant contemporary topics and seeks to inspire through the beauty of the unknown.
