Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich um ein bei niedrigeren Temperaturen färbbares recyceltes Polyester, das entwickelt wurde, um Zeit, Energie und die daraus resultierenden Emissionen zu sparen. Es führt zu erheblichen Energieeinsparungen und verkürzt die Zykluszeit. Dieses Garn kann bei niedrigeren Temperaturen gefärbt werden, ohne die Ästhetik und Leistung des Stoffes zu beeinträchtigen, und verbessert gleichzeitig die Effizienz des Färbezyklus. SmartDye™ ist in REPREVE® Polyester-Stapelfasern und Polyester-Filamentfasern erhältlich. Es verbessert die Effizienz des Färbezyklus und ermöglicht Energieeinsparungen von bis zu 30 %, ohne die Leistung eines Stoffes zu beeinträchtigen.
