Green Product Awards

The future of sustainability is here! Discover the most innovative green projects from around the world at the Green Product Awards, a highlight of Dutch Design Week (DDW) in Eindhoven.

Various products and technologies will be presented under Green Product Awards. These products are aimed at transitioning from sustainable to circular designs with this year`s topic – “Green Olympics”. Innovative materials, flexible designs, and repairable products are what creates the closed loop of recycling systems.

Does a WLAN router or smoke detector made mostly out of recycled paper sound interesting? Or perhaps you would find your interest in fully customizable sneakers made of only 5 completely recyclable components? Sounds magical, however, these inventions are quite real and will be presented on Green Product Awards as well as many other thrilling products aimed at redesigning our future.

Every company or an independent inventor still have an opportunity to loudly express themselves by sending green projects by November 16 to compete in the Green Olympics of the Green Product Awards 2025.

The Green New Deal and The Green Trend Book

As the Green New Deal regulations are slowly approaching countries of the EU, businesses (especially in fashion, furniture and packing segments) now must find themselves fit for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) guideline. Reinforcements required for such metamorphosis can not only be found amongst participants of Green Product Awards but also in The Green Trend Book.

The Green Trend Book is a 300 pages summary of sustainable trends written in collaboration with experts in both English and German. 200 products and concepts from 60 countries in categories such as architecture, fashion, gastronomy and packaging can become a guideline for businesses sustainable transformation worldwide.
