In the door of the FNb 5056, the novel vacuum perlite technology BluRoX celebrates its world premiere. BluRoX uses a vacuum in combination with finely ground lava rock (perlite) for insulation instead of petroleum-based PU foam. As a natural and harmless raw material, perlite can be recovered and recycled by type due to the circular device design (reuse in equivalent products is possible). A vacuum also offers the best possible insulation in terms of energy. That is why the FNb 5056 is the only freezer on the market in energy efficiency class B.
