Our artisans work to produce organic cotton khadi fabric, a process meaning entirely made by hand that is soft, durable, reliable, sustainable and compostable. Our fabric is low maintenance and gentle for even the most sensitive skin. Made of organic cotton grown in Andhra Pradesh, it is hand-spun into yarn by rural women in Barabanki, India and dyed using pure, natural colours made of aged old tree barks. The yarn is made into fabric though a hand weaving process used by our specialised trained artisanal women, using techniques passed down through generational knowledge and is a zero waste.
