We addresses the industry's quality issues related to from honey crystallization to fermentation as fermented honey can change flavor, reduces reliance on sugar feeding by beekeepers driven by production demands. This initiative actively promotes better animal welfare, emphasizes the importance of environmental sustainability, by creating a better GOO™ World for our next generation.

Ms. Wong is a dedicated food science and management professional currently pursuing a Doctorate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She has completed studies in Chinese Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. As a certified ESG Planner (CEP®) and National Marketing Manager, she advocates for sustainable practices as a member of the International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD). Awarded the Susan Yuen Fellowship & Research Foundation Scholarship for 2023-2025, her research focuses on sustainable food systems and reducing food waste, aiming to enhance nutrient management.
