Zero waste cutlery using beer spent grain
A project to eradicate single use plastic from our dining lifestyle. Our product development is a bio transformation of spent grain with edible binders. Our product category will be edible and compostable replacement of plastic that is used in food & beverage sector. Our concept is a synthesis of circular bio economy and applied sustainability. My innovation has recently won an award from leuven research & development.
