Knot

Inclusive and sustainable eyewear design
Vote now

Knot is an eyewear identified by a strong sense of social responsibility that finds expression in the particular shape of the temples that facilitate the use to people suffering from arthritis. This way the user is not forced to excessively bend the thumb and index finger joints when gripping the glasses, reducing the pain and stiffness of these joints. Knot follows eco-design principles: using recycled plastic, minimizing material usage to reduce waste. The structure's monomateriality and the lenses' easy disassembly ensure proper recycling, all of which help lower the environmental impact.
