Freshly squeezed polyphenol juice

OliPhenolia is a 100% natural, liquid food supplement made from olives and olive leaves from organic-biodynamic cultivation (Demeter-certified), a natural source of bioavailable polyphenols (including hydroxytyrosol, which belongs to the large family of natural polyphenols and whose properties have been the subject of numerous scientific studies in recent years). Polyphenols are found in fruit and vegetables and play an important role in the defence against harmful reactive oxygen species: free radicals.

Fattoria La Vialla
Fattoria La Vialla is a family-run, organic-biodynamic farm and wine estate. Already a farm over two centuries ago, it was retrieved from abandon and taken into safekeeping by the Lo Franco Family in 1978. Today La Vialla uses organic and biodynamic methods to cultivate 1,600 hectares/3,954 acres of land (with the largest Demeter certified surface area in Europe) and produces its own wine, extra virgin olive oil, pecorino cheese, appetizers, sauces, pasta, vinegar, honey, biscuits and other sweet delicacies – directly from vineyard to bottle, from vegetable patch to jar.

Die hochmoderne Methode (B.A.T.-Technologie) wurde mit dem spezifischen Ziel untersucht und entwickelt, die Integrität der empfindlichen polyphenolischen Moleküle zu schützen und hat über zwei Jahre Studien und Experimente von Prof. Massimo Pizzichini (ENEA) mit seinem Sohn, Dr. Daniele Pizzichini, und seinem Team erfordert, was auch zu zwei Patenterteilungen führte. ENEA ist die Staatliche Agentur für neue Technologien, Energie und nachhaltige wirtschaftliche Entwicklung. Professor Dr. Adriana Albini war maßgeblich an der Entwicklung und wissenschaftlichen Forschung beteiligt.
