This project explores Saravolite, an innovative recycled ceramic material, with the aim of bringing Villeroy & Boch's discarded sanitary ceramic products into bathrooms. I focused on ceramic waste recycling technology and increased the recycling rate to 50%, thereby realizing a closed-loop for the Villeroy & Boch bathroom product line. Furthermore, material cost analysis was conducted to ensure the economic benefits of Saravolite, providing a new direction for sustainable production for traditional ceramic factories.
