A portable vacuum sealer with e-nose technology
ScenTrack is a portable vacuum sealer that predicts a recommended expiration date of food leftovers through E-Nose Technology. It detects the scent and identifies the quality by comparing it to the stored data of fresh-to-stale odors. ScenTrack aims to reduce part of the annual 800 billion kilograms of food waste worldwide.
