A new material on the basis of sawdust
FORM DUST is a sustainable, recyclable and renewable plant-based material with sound absorbing properties. The main component of the material is pure sawdust. Generated as process waste in the woodworking industry, it can be upcylced in a foaming process using cornstarch as a binder.
FORM DUST can be molded into a variety of shapes during production and dyed with plant-based and mineral colour pigments. Toxin free, the material does not release any harmful substances into the ambient air, making it perfect for use in interior design.
