LÄSSIG’s Green Label bag collection Ocean, is made of 100% recycled polyester from the textile brand Waste2Wear. Depending on the model, between 15 and 28 bottles made of recycled plastic bottles are used to produce the new bags.LÄSSIG made a conscious decision to work with Waste2Wear. Waste2Wear produces environmentally friendly materials from used, recycled plastic bottles in a fully certified and transparent value chain. The aim is to use plastic waste to produce innovative textiles and create new high-quality products.
