Dr. Kathrin Hamm
Kathrin Hamm is the founder of Bearaby, a sleep-wellness company known for its patented knitted weighted blankets. Bearaby was named one of America’s fastest-growing Companies by Inc. 5000 in 2022 and has won the Red Dot Design Award and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Award. Previously, Kathrin worked as an economist for the World Bank. Before that, she was a research fellow at Harvard Business School. Named one of Entrepreneur’s Powerful Women of 2020, Kathrin holds a master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University and a PhD in economics from Witten-Herdecke University.
