"Negotiating Boundaries" es un enfoque de diseño regenerativo e innovación material (Seacrete) que promueve un material de construcción ecológico derivado de conchas marinas. Esta innovación está pensada para arquitectos, urbanistas y defensores que reconocen que la supervivencia humana depende de la coexistencia con la vida no humana. Al compartir materiales con los ecosistemas naturales, Seacrete enriquece los hábitats marinos a medida que se disuelve, fomentando la biodiversidad y los ciclos circulares que sustentan la vida. Al aceptar la erosión y el aumento del nivel del mar, este proyecto demuestra que prosperar significa diseñar para todas las especies, no sólo para la nuestra.
