Selected from submissions from 18 countries, a total of 30 outstanding green products and concepts have been nominated for the Green Product Award Fashion 2024.

The Green Product Award Fashion, a prestigious award for sustainable fashion products, will be presented on 27 January 2024 for the second time at the Neonyt trade fair in Düsseldorf. The event offers a unique opportunity to meet the outstanding achievements and innovations of established brands and emerging labels in the fields of clothing, shoes and accessories of the winners and selected nominees.

Handbags and shoes made of cactus, backpacks made of ocean plastics, belts made from tea leaves, jewelry made from e-trash, solar-powered watches or 3D printed pieces. You are invited to discover surprising creations that address the topic in a wide range - zero waste design, recyclability, disassembly, 3D knitting, 3D printing, AI and the use of recycled materials for collections.

Preview the debut of the highly anticipated Folks collection, the special project of a sustainable and affordable capsule collection created in cooperation with Hochschule Macromedia students in Berlin. The collection leverages last year’s award winner HyphaLite™ TC from ISA TanTec – a revolutionary plant-based leather alternative derived from mushrooms and wood and repurposed deadstock fabrics.

Join for an engaging session where fashion professionals, designers, and industry experts from the Netherlands and Germany will have the opportunity to connect, exchange insights, and explore potential collaborations. This meetup aims to bridge the gap between these two dynamic fashion landscapes, encouraging the exchange of knowledge, trends, and innovative practices.

From 7 December to 14 January 2024, you can vote for all your favourites to determine the winner of the Audience Award. Voting is done by a mouse click and without registration. (Last year, over 5,000 votes were cast.) The public winner and those of the jury will be announced at the award ceremony.
