Cities are getting hotter and heatwaves are becoming more common causing people to rely on Air Conditioners to cool down. This approach is energy-demanding, inefficient and polluting. The Saiga neck wearable reduces dependence on Air Conditioners by changing our perception of the temperature around us through breathing cold air and cooling the neck by conduction.
