Berlin, 28th of October 2019 
 From October 25 to 27, 2019, the Green Product Award was presented for the fourth time at the Designers' Open. The more than 16,600 visitors received a sneak preview of a selection of participants who had already submitted by September.
On 60qm of exhibition space, products and concepts were presented. A large number of the designers themselves appeared at the fair and used the opportunity for an intensive exchange with the visitors and the other exhibitors.
A highlight was the cooperation of the two designers Nikolett Madai and Carolyn Raff, who presented a golden sequin dress. The peculiarity was the combination of materiality (algae-based, biodegradeable plastic in combination with the coloring of the food by-product) and the found design application in the form of sequins. We want to support the path of curated co-creation in the future. Already now there are further joint projects to be shown at the next exhibition in Munich.

Until January 10, 2020, green products, services and concepts can still be submitted. We are looking forward to the upcoming submissions and look forward to new members in our green community.
