Lavazza, founded in Turin in 1895, has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations. As one of the world's most important coffee roasters, the Group now operates in more than 140 countries through its subsidiaries and distributors, with 70% of turnover generated on international markets. Lavazza employs a total of over 4,000 people.
Tiny Eco has been designed by Lavazza’s in-house design team lead by Florian Seidl. The Austrian designer is responsible for the corporate design of the group. He helped to firmly position Lavazza on the map of modern Italian Design, making sure the approach and philosophy are communicated properly on a national and international level.
Angelica Rella is the second designer involved in the development of Tiny Eco. The designer from Italy studied at the Politecnico di Bari, the Politecnico di Milano and worked with Pininfarina and Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV before joining Lavazza in 2016.
