Marine plast circular recycler

Floating device for recycling marine microplastics

A vessel that derives its energy from the thermal waste of ships collects microplastics along the ships' route. Initially, larger plastics are sieved through meshes of various sizes and then enter the main part of the device, which is a centrifuge designed to separate smaller plastics. In this section, AI identifies oils suitable for different types of plastics and injects them into the centrifuge as needed to coagulate and separate nanoplastics into larger pieces. In the next stage, using the thermal waste from the ship's exhaust, the plastics are melted and turn into reuseable granul.
