零废弃的鲜花包装材料
花卉业的环境足迹并不乐观。问题之一是包装废弃物过多。作为一种零废弃的花卉包装材料，Matterial 的出现改变了这一现状。除了在鲜花从花店到花瓶的途中保护鲜花，这种水溶性生物聚合物的第二用途是作为鲜花的食物。添加到水中后，Matterial 可以培育花茎，使鲜花保持更长时间的新鲜。二合一解决方案可从两方面解决废物问题：Matterial 由从食品垃圾中提取的淀粉制成，可减少现有垃圾，而其作为花食的第二次使用则可消除包装垃圾。
