With this kitchen utensil you can grate fruit and raw vegetables, grate cheese or even chocolate. The grater is made of porcelain, has no holes, but sharp, raised teeth, so it does not produce grates, but a pulp. The porcelain grater is hygienic, easy to clean and resistant to acids and alkalis. Porcelain is considered a particularly sustainable material. Studies show that porcelain is more sustainable in terms of raw materials, production processes, logistics and disposal than cardboard, plastic or bamboo.
