Proby - 对人类和微生物都有好处!

我们的现代饮食有一半以上损害肠道健康,导致免疫问题。富含益生菌的发酵食品提供了一种解决方案,但传统的发酵方法往往复杂、不稳定,而且由于文化限制和知识匮乏而难以使用。 因此,我们为注重健康的人士设计了一款家用发酵设备 Proby。它内置 pH 值、二氧化碳、压力和温度传感器,可确保可靠的发酵。该应用程序提供实时跟踪、个性化食谱和基于健康的定制服务,使肠道友好型营养变得简单、可持续且易于获取。

Our collective experience spans agricultural and food research, industrial design, chemical engineering, and software development. We met through our current master’s program, innovation design engineering, that creates the space for diverse profiles to collaborate. This multidisciplinary approach ensured we could address all aspects of product development, from scientific formulation to user-friendly design. With team members from Nigeria, France, China, and South Korea, we also bring diverse perspectives on food culture and consumption habits, focusing our product for the European context.
